On December 18th, 2020, South Florida AGC President, Vick Crespin and the leaders of the Builders Association of South Florida, ABC Florida East Coast Chapter, Latin Builders Association, and Latin American Business Association signed onto a letter asking the members of our industry to maintain their commitment to the health and safety of our workforce over the holidays and into the coming new year. This month we will be discussing common mistakes that take place when it comes to OSHA Record Keeping. Our presenters will cover pre-existing conditions, workers compensation claims which do not automatically equal a recordable OSHA case and OSHA Restricted Duty Cases. We will also go over Determination of work-relatedness, First Aid versus OSHA recordable, COVID and recordability, Red Line cases and when to record cases of COVID-19 in the workplace on your recordkeeping logs.
